Project Overview

EXPO 2025 大阪・関西万博「大阪ヘルスケアパビリオン」の「リボーン体験ルート」において、リボーンバンド発行機、カラダ測定ポッド、体験用リーダーなどの体験装置およびシステムを開発。

FUTUREKは、来館者が最初に身に着けるリボーンバンドの発行システムから、カラダ測定ポッドの什器を含む体験装置、測定データを表示するUIまでを一貫して担当。髪・肌・脳など7項目の測定体験を通じて、テクノロジーが人の健康と向き合う新しい未来像の提示を支援しました。

EXPO2025 大阪・関西万博「大阪ヘルスケアパビリオン」のメイン体験である「リボーン体験ルート」において、FUTUREKは「リボーンバンド発行機」「カラダ測定ポッド」「バンドリーダー」の体験装置及びシステムの開発を担当しました。
数分間の体験で、自動的に「髪・肌・目・脳・心血管・筋骨格」といったカラダ情報を測定する「カラダ測定ポッド」では、カメラや複数のセンサーとアプリケーションを組み込んだカスタム什器の設計・開発を行いました。さらにRFIDによる個人認識の仕組みや、来館者に情報を示すUIの設計、ユニバーサル対応を考慮したデザインまで一貫して手掛けました。
あわせて、体験者の登録情報や体験を記録する「リボーンバンド」の発行・管理システムや、このバンドと連携するために館内の展示体験ブースに設置された「バンドリーダー」の開発も行い、パビリオン来館者の展示体験がスムーズにつながるよう、テクノロジーの面から支援しました。

Developed experience devices and systems for the Reborn Experience Route at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion for the Osaka-Kansai Expo, including Reborn Band dispensers, body measurement pods, and experience readers.

FUTUREK was responsible for the entire system, from the Reborn Band dispenser that visitors wear first, to the experience devices including the Body Measurement Pod fixtures, and the UI displaying measurement data. Through measurement experiences covering seven areas like hair, skin, and brain, we supported presenting a new vision of the future where technology engages with human health.

For the main experience, the “Reborn Experience Route,” at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion for EXPO 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, FUTUREK was responsible for developing the experience devices and systems: the “Reborn Band Issuing Machine,” “Body Measurement Pod,” and “Band Reader.”
For the “Body Measurement Pod,” which automatically measures body information such as hair, skin, eyes, brain, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems in a few minutes, we designed and developed custom fixtures incorporating cameras, multiple sensors, and applications. Furthermore, we handled the entire process, including the RFID-based personal recognition mechanism, the UI design for displaying information to visitors, and design considerations for universal accessibility.
Concurrently, I developed the issuance and management system for the “Reborn Band,” which records participant registration information and experience data, along with the “Band Reader” installed at exhibition booths throughout the pavilion to interface with these bands. This technological support ensured a seamless flow of exhibition experiences for pavilion visitors.
