EXPO 2025 Better Co-Being App 2025大阪・関西万博「Better Co-Being」アプリ byみんまちDROP

Problems

シグネチャーパビリオン「Better Co-Being」内、および万博会場全体で使用できるWebアプリを制作しました。
パビリオン内に設置されたセンサーで取得した位置情報と連携し、自分が今いる場所のアート作品解説を自動でWebアプリ上に表示できます。解説を読むことで、作品の理解を深めたり、自分なりの解釈を広げることができ、共感したアート作品に「いいね」すると、その結果がアプリに記録され、自身の傾向を可視化した共鳴マップが作成されます。同じグループの他の体験者も表示されるため、自分と他者の感じ方を比較することで、多様な価値観への気づきの体験を提供しました。

万博会場全体では、『場所』『写真』『言葉（感情）』を組み合わせた作品である「DROPS」を閲覧、投稿することができます。多様な人々が集まる万博で、異なる価値観や視点を持つユーザのDROPSを通して、公式情報には載っていない、その瞬間・その場ならではの魅力を発見し、発信する体験を提供しました。
またその他にも、今いる場所に投稿されたDROPSやイベント情報がスマホ画面上にAR表示される「ドロップレンズ」、おすすめのDROPSやスポットなどを紹介する「キュレーション」、マップ上からDROPSやイベント情報を検索できる機能などをを搭載しています。

We developed a web app usable within the Signature Pavilion “Better Co-Being” and throughout the entire Expo site. It automatically displays explanations for the artworks near your current location on the web app, linking with location data collected by sensors installed within the pavilion. Reading these explanations deepens understanding of the works and broadens personal interpretations. Liking resonant art pieces records this preference in the app, generating a resonance map that visualizes one's tendencies. Since other participants in the same group are also displayed, comparing one's own feelings with others' provides an experience of discovering diverse values.

Throughout the Expo grounds, visitors could view and post “DROPS”—artworks combining ‘location,’ 'photo,' and 'words (emotions).' At the Expo, where diverse people gather, it offered an experience to discover and share the unique charm of that moment and place—not found in official information—through the DROPS of users with different values and perspectives. Additionally, it featured “Drop Lens,” which displays DROPS and event information posted at your current location as AR on your smartphone screen; “Curation,” which introduces recommended DROPS and spots; and a function to search for DROPS and event information on the map.
